Introducing the new affiliate entity standard dimension is now available with a Consolidation subscription. With the affiliate entity dimension, Sage Intacct automatically tags automated inter-entity journal entries. You can also use the affiliate entity dimension to tag General Ledger journal entries manually.

Planner

• Add worksheets directly. Admin users can now add worksheets directly on the Planner>Worksheets page well as through Planner Setup.
• New options for creating new budgets. Users now have more options when creating budgets, giving them more control and automating this task.

Report Builder

• Filter columns by reporting group. Use the column settings to select a reporting group for the Period, Period Group, and Period Comparison columns.
• Lock the report end date. The ReportBuilder now allows you to lock the ending date of a report! The specified ending date is used whenever you re-open the report
• Reporting Groups can now be defined by account category.
• Ask Marty! – This AI-enabled chatbot is trained on Martus’ knowledge base and help files.

Personnel

• New pay type category – Overtime has been added as a new pay type category
• Default allocation – Define a default allocation that can be applied automatically to the Summary and other screens.

• Query improvements – • New Query Settings parameter and Ability to query “subtypes” of objects, e.g.: “SODOCUMENT (Contract Change Order)”
• Writeback Budget – Writeback of the budget is performed faster and allows the upload of entity-private budget lines in top-level budgets.
• Sage Intacct REST API – Using the SI.XQUERY function, you can now query every object of the new Sage Intacct REST API. The Sage Intacct XML API is not going away, and the SI.QUERY function will remain fully supported in Velixo.
