- New Cash requirements includes one-touch customer payment reminders – Our new Cash requirements feature lets you view amounts for payables, receivables, and bank balances on a single page to help efficiently surface cash flow insights. It includes a Create payment reminders button to the Cash requirements page, allowing you to see all customers with outstanding invoices and send them payment reminders at the touch of a button
Purchasing
- Custom Purchasing approvals – Purchasing approvals can now be routed to the correct person, using attributes such as supplier attributes, payment priority, and transaction amounts.
- AI powered three-way matching of invoices – Automate document matching with AI to reduce manual data entry and catch issues early for faster, more focused resolution
Accounts Receivable
- Customer Refunds paid through Accounts Payable – Create refunds in Accounts Receivable that generate linked bills in Accounts Payable for payment processing.

- Attachments for Item records – Attach images, specification sheets and quality documents to Item, which can be viewed from Order Entry.

- Customer Sender email address pick list – New ‘From’ email address pick lists in Order Entry make it easier than ever to manage and select the appropriate sender address when emailing documents.

Martus Budgeting
Budget Planner
- A new planner widget, Reforecast, enables you to reforecast a line to a specific budget line total, taking actuals to date into account
- Annualised Budget creates a new budget based on a previous budget, previous actuals, or on a budget that includes both actuals and budget. This can be based on a full year or a specified range of months.
Reporting
- Email reports directly to users in PDF or Excel formats.
Cashflow Forecast
- Cash Flow Forecasting: You can now reforecast for the current year, incorporating actual balance sheet balances.
Integrations
- Martus now supports an integration with Sage 300 (when web screens are installed).
